Wedding Season!

Working on an exciting new Illuminated Address and really enjoying the work thus far. It’s to be presented to the recipient in a few weeks so can’t put too much detail up yet. Am having fun with the illuminated capitals and working lots of colour into the mix.

I was delighted to receive the commission to provide calligraphy services for the 2014 Lord Mayor’s Awards.The recipients were Paddy Cosgrave, Ranelagh Arts Festival, Jim Gavin, One Young World Bid Committee, St. Andrew’s Resource Centre and Dil Wickremasinghe, all of whom have made special contributions to the city of Dublin.  I provided the calligraphy on each…

Was especially excited this year to be commissioned to produce the calligraphy scrolls for the Lord Mayor’s Awards. Two of the recipients this year were running related – parkrun Ireland, and Noel Carroll, athlete, so my two worlds – running and calligraphy collided🏃‍♀️✍!
